Volume LV of the Proceedings of the Historical Research Centre of Rovinj
The 55th volume of the journal Atti, published annually by the Center for Historical Research, has been published. As confirmed in a press release signed by the Center's director, Raul Marsetič, and researcher Matija Drandić (on behalf of the editorial staff), the volume brings together ten contributions divided into two sections: six in the "Essays" section and four in the "Notes and Documents" section, for a total of 424 pages. The contributions address the history and culture of Istria from multiple perspectives, ranging from Roman glyptics, medieval and modern documentation, onomastics, the history of the body and identity, the cult of saints, historical toponymy, and history.
The Interreg Italy-Slovenia Primis Plus project has concluded.
The Italian Union, lead partner of the Primis Plus project, implemented within the framework of the Interreg Italy-Slovenia program, led the partnership consisting of ATS Projekt, the Autonomous Region of Friuli Venezia Giulia, the Veneto Region, the Friulian Philological Society, and the Institute for Ethnic Studies in Ljubljana. On Sunday, June 14, the Ammiraglia 2026 sailing event, organized by the Yacht Club Venezia and Europa Adriatica Nordest with the sailing clubs Maestral of Rovinj and Yugo of Lošinj, the Venice Boat Show, and the Unione Italiana, concluded successfully.
