The Voice of Fiume began its adventure in 1966 following a decision taken on November 14, 1965, the day in which a group of “lari” decided, on the twentieth anniversary of the painful exodus from Fiume, to proceed with the constitution of the FREE MUNICIPALITY OF FIUME IN EXILE. The promoters were given the mandate to call the constituent assembly in the spring of 1966.
