Dear AIPI/LCPE Odv Members,

dear friends readers of L'Arena,

the title of the first page of this issue is a dutiful tribute to the uninterrupted 79 years of activity of our The Pula Arena. This is also the reason why, in our now customary opening synopsis in images, we have included a miniature copy of that distant sheet from July 1945.

As per our editorial line, however, our communication confirms to range between history and future. And among the images of current events we have reported those pertaining to the social week held in Trieste, opened by the Head of State and concluded by Pope Bergoglio. To complete the iconographic triptych, the profile of the Amerigo Vespucci, celebrated overseas with the flyover of the Frecce Tricolori.

An intense and varied information platform, which can also be read this month in the Arena and which we wish to share with our readers.
