Renzo Codarin, President of the Federation of Associations of Istrian, Rijeka, and Dalmatian Exiles, spoke on Radio Capodistria's program "Pandora's Box."

Interviewed by Stefano Lusa, Codarin addressed various topics: the new relationship between exodus associations and the indigenous Italian community in the eastern Adriatic; the significant message conveyed by the experience of GO!2025, the first cross-border European Capital of Culture; the recognition of mutual memories between Italians and Slovenians on the Adriatic border, both victims of the era of totalitarianism; the return of Carpaccio's altarpiece to Piran; the need to broaden the Slovenian and Croatian public's understanding of the history of the Italian presence in Istria; and his participation in the inauguration of the renovated Collegio dei Nobili in Koper at the invitation of the Presidency of the Republic of Slovenia.
