An important anniversary is approaching for the city of Piran and for the Italian community named after the violinist and composer Giuseppe Tartini.

He is the focus of the celebrations planned for this weekend, when, on Sunday, August 2nd, the 130th anniversary of the monument, created by sculptor Antonio Dal Zotto, which the people of Piran dedicated to him, will be celebrated. The main event is scheduled for 21 pm in Piazza Tartini, where the celebratory concert will be held.
