The Association of Italians in the World in Fiume (LCFE) and the Italian Community of Fiume have prepared the program of events that will characterize the patronal celebrations of San Vito in Fiume from June 11 to 16, 2026.

Thursday 11 June
Arrival of participants
6:00 PM – In the Community: Awards Ceremony for the “Budding Critic” Competition
8:30 PM – In the Community: Briscola and Table Tennis Tournaments

Friday 12 June
11 a.m. – At the high school: awards ceremony for the “San Vito” literary competition
2:00 PM – At the Town Hall: Meeting with the Mayor of Rijeka
6:00 p.m. – Ivan Zajc Theater: Preview of the new “Dramma Italiano” show
9:00 PM – In the former town hall square: Fiume folk song festival

Saturday June 13th
9am – 13pm In the community: Rijeka sport
9 am – Institutional greetings
9:20 a.m. – Brakus and Bontempo, the value of sport in Fiuman culture
10 a.m. – Di Benedetto, Fiume football
10:30 a.m. – Representatives of Turin, Juventus, and Rijeka (Loik, Varglien brothers awards ceremony)
11 am – Coffee break
11:20 a.m. – Bontempo, other sports (sailing, rowing, boxing, swimming, tennis, and basketball)
12:20 p.m. – Interviews with awards ceremony for Pamich, Bonitta, and Koten's brother
5:00 p.m. – Presentation of the book on the history of the CAI Fiume section
6:00 PM – Presentation of “La Tore” number 35
7:00 p.m. - In the community: recital from the film "The Sound of Music"

Sunday 14 June
9am – 17pm by boat, sailing to the island of Krk with lunch and singing on board (€50)

Monday June 15
9:45 a.m. – Mass in Italian at San Vito
11:00 am – In the community: Assembly and Board of Directors
13pm – Social lunch at the Fiume tavern (€40)
5:00 p.m. – In the community: presentation of the book "The Monumental Cemetery of Cosala"
6:00 PM – In the community: presentation of the new book on the Rijeka dialect
19 pm – In the community: Laura Marchig presents the latest issue of “Scartazza”.

Tuesday 16 June
Departures
10 am – meeting at the university's Italian department
