The Ministry of Business and Made in Italy, Market and Protection Department, General Directorate for Industrial Property – UIBM, with a provision dated December 15, 2025, signed by Director Alfonso Piantedosi, certified the registration of the February 10 Committee logo as a trademark.

The trademark, registered on April 1, 2025 (registration number 302025000054204), will be protected for the next ten years.

"In agreement with the National Board of Directors, we have decided to protect the name and logo of the Comitato 10 Febbraio from any plagiarism or improper use," states Silvano Olmi, National President of the C10F. "Unfortunately, in the past, some associations have had their emblem registered by other entities or used incorrectly. I thank the Viterbo Chamber of Commerce and its officials for their active collaboration," concludes Olmi. "They professionally assisted us in submitting the application, which was successful. Now the Comitato 10 Febbraio has additional protection and its emblem is safe from plagiarism and unauthorized use."
