At the time of going to press with La Voce di Fiume, the Presidency Office of the Association of Italian Fiumani in the World – Free Municipality of Fiume in Exile, consulted by email, decides to postpone the next Rally in Fiume, scheduled for San Vito 2020, to a date to be determined.

The Gathering – if it will be possible to organize in the fall – will be held in our city, also in agreement with the Italian Community. Melita Sciucca confirms the indefinite closure of the Palazzo Modello headquarters. All the activities planned for a long time that should have been held in these months have also been postponed. When Palazzo Modello reopens, we will be sure to notify everyone.

We are waiting for the recovery. At the moment it is not possible to transit towards Rijeka, because the borders with both Slovenia and Croatia are closed. We stay at home and hope that the emergency will be resolved in the best possible way.
