Dear AIPI-LCPE Members,

a practically monographic issue on the celebrations of the Day of Remembrance that of the Arena of February, the shortest month, which unfortunately leaves us with a burden that is certainly not light. Covid and Ukraine. Hope and fear. While the wishes still resounded many times and at every event pronounced evoking the dark moments of the 900th century: "so that it does not happen again, so that it never happens again ..." here is the explosive crescendo of the word war ... unfortunately not only pronounced.
