Diego Redivo, historian of Adriatic Italianity, has passed away.
The National League lowers its banner to pay its last respects to Professor Diego Redivo, leader of the Association, coordinator of the educational service at the Foiba Memorial in Basovizza and the Civic Museum of the Risorgimento, president of the Fiume branch of the National League, director of the Aurisina National League Sports Club, and basketball enthusiast.
In December he finished writing his latest work, "Of Dante and Other Poets. Influencers of the Past and the National League," which will soon be presented to the public at an upcoming event to commemorate him as a researcher, intellectual, close friend, and, as President Paolo Sardos Albertini defined him, "leader of young historians," along with a host of scholars such as William Klinger (the eleventh anniversary of whose death occurs today), Andrea Legovini, Andrea Vezzà, Matteo Giurco, Valentina Petaros, Pamela Tedesco, and many others.
