Demonstration with important numbers, theEx tempore of Grožnjan: over eight thousand artists – Italian, Slovenian, Croatian, and from other countries – have participated from 1994 to today, 166 in the round just concluded.

The organizers thanked them all, first and foremost the mayor of Grisignana Claudio Stocovaz, who after recalling the creators of the successful initiative, including the critic Sergio Molesi and the art historian Erna Toncinich, spoke of "thirty years of beauty and emotion" and, referring to current events, proposed in a much applauded speech to replace that theme, Grisignana and the Istrian landscape, with the free theme, so that we can "collectively launch a protest against all wars and all exoduses", which mark our time not unlike the beginnings of the art competition.

Proposal shared by the president of the Italian Union, Maurizio Tremul, who underlined the peculiar message of peace and union between the different cultures of the territory that the Ex tempore carries forward. […]
