17 years have passed since Law 92 of 30 March 2004 was promulgated, establishing the Day of Remembrance, an anniversary that has managed to gain visibility and credibility thanks to the work of the associations of Istrian, Fiume and Dalmatian exiles, who immediately considered that Law not so much a goal achieved as a starting point.
