Mattarella's thanks to Coordinamento Adriatico
On the occasion of the 2020 Remembrance Day Concert, held on Sunday 9 February at the Cappella Paolina del Quirinale, Prof. Giuseppe de Vergottini (President of Coordinamento Adriatico APS) and Prof. Davide Rossi were part of the delegation of representatives of the Istrian, Fiume and Dalmatian exile associations who met the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella. A powerful work, the result of the work of academics and researchers who have worked in an interdisciplinary manner in order to provide the most comprehensive possible picture of what "The Adriatic territory. Historical horizon, landscape geography, economic, legal and artistic aspects" represents. This publication in three substantial volumes was created thanks to the contribution of L. 72/2001 by the Adriatic Coordination Association and recently published by the prestigious Edizioni Scientifiche Italiane of Naples. The Association “Coordinamento Adriatico” in competition with the prestigious publishing house ESI of Naples (Edizioni Scientifiche Italiane) has published a three-volume publication entitled “The Adriatic territory. Historical horizon, geography of the landscape, economic, legal and artistic aspects”. A complex of almost 1.500 pages, with a multidisciplinary approach and involving over forty scholars. The curatorship and coordination of this large working group are due to Giuseppe de Vergottini, Emanuele Bugli, Guglielmo Cevolin, Davide Lo Presti, Valeria Piergigli, Davide Rossi, Ivan Russo and Giorgio Federico Siboni.
