The Arena of Pola: daily news and current events, insights, testimonies and memories of the monthly. Here is the June issue, protagonist in many titles in this month's articles, because it is the backdrop and the stage for many events, which we report in the issue. Right on time, here is the May issue of L'Arena di Pola. Windows on history, open to the kaleidoscopic tiles of an existential mosaic in continuous composition: between yesterday's events, today's current affairs and projects for tomorrow, with a desirable growing involvement of the new generations. April was also an intensely lived month, with news and events that the Pula Arena worked hard to follow, in order to provide the greatest possible information. Even without immediate perception, metamorphoses occur: for the old birthplace, the neighborhood of adolescence, youthful relationships. And to protect ourselves from the trauma of these changes, it's best to keep pace with the transformations, perhaps viewing them with a kind of sweet pride for having seen and experienced them, without regrets. Dear Readers of L'ARENA DI POLA, dear Members of AIPI-LCPE, the years pass, and technology has its hand in everything, even in memories and the way we preserve them. Gone are the albums, where first friends from the early school years would leave you with their dedications; gone are the photo albums with their beloved but annoying little triangles for gluing the photos you wanted to keep; gone are the film, the rolls of film, the tape recorders... What remains are the authenticity of the memories, and also the resulting personal reflections in processing them. We will have more opportunities to discuss this.
