On September 7, a delegation from the Mailing List Histria, composed of Walter Cnapich and Eufemia Giuliana Budicin, of Istrian parents, and Nello Belci, from Dignano d'Istria, was received by the director of the Historical Research Center of Rovinj, Raul Marsetič. The delegation presented to the director the last book of the winning essays of the school competition reserved for Italian-speaking students of primary and secondary schools in Istria, Rijeka and Dalmatia.
