A meeting was held at Casa Tartini in Piran dedicated to Cesare Dell'Acqua, one of the most fascinating and under-celebrated painters of the 19th-century Adriatic. The occasion was the presentation of the "2025 Complements" to the General Catalogue compiled by Flavio Tossi in 2021. The author, welcomed by Andrea Bartole, president of the Piran National Art Council, conversed with Kristjan Knez, retracing twenty years of research, discoveries, and a few strokes of luck.
