The Program Agreement for the creation of a cultural network between the Italian Union and the Federation of Associations of Istrian, Fiuman and Dalmatian Exiles was signed in Zagreb, at the Italian Cultural Institute, in the presence of the Italian Ambassador to Croatia, Pierfrancesco Sacco.
