The CDM Portal presents itself to the Internet public completely renewed in graphics and appearance, but not in the traditional principles that inspire the work of the Multimedia Documentation Center of Julian Istrian Fiumana and Dalmatian Culture since its establishment. Readers will always be able to access all the overall contents (articles, comments, materials and news) produced and presented on the Site over the years.

The website of the Multimedia Documentation Center of Julian, Istrian, Rijeka, and Dalmatian Culture, in keeping with the Center's documentary and multimedia mission, offers updated tools and innovative cultural resources aimed at deepening and better promoting communication in an increasingly geographically open area—the Upper Adriatic. Specifically, through access to new features, the Portal aims to engage with those interested in the many issues related to Italy's eastern border, while remaining a meeting point for those already involved in the complex world of migration and associations in Julian, Istrian, Rijeka, and Dalmatian regions.

We invite you to explore – via the web , but also via tablet and smartphone – the reorganised contents and to discover the new features of the Site, with the ambition of offering visitors-readers an increasingly dynamic and attentive space on the world of the Upper Adriatic in the broader national and European geopolitical context.
