As part of the initiative "The pauses of the Spirit” edited by the Ugo Spirito and Renzo De Felice Foundation (Rome), Lorenzo Salimbeni (researcher of the National Association of Venezia Giulia and Dalmatia and director of the February 10th Committee) held a videoconference on the Treaty of Osimo, with which in 1975 Italy definitively ceded to Yugoslavia the former Zone B (districts of Capodistria and Buie) of the never-established Free Territory of Trieste.
